Yoga meditation is an ancient Indian practice which cultivates mind-body awareness and higher states of consciousness. Kimberley Luu is a certified yoga meditation instructor/ therapist who harmonizes her kinesiology and health studies background with the work she has completed with her yoga teacher trainers to guide unique experiences of integrative mind-body healing. She has personally trained with Asia Nelson and Richard Miller, and is in addition, highly influenced by the works of Thich Nhat Hanh and Kristin Neff. She has also worked with clinical psychologist and health scientist, Peter Hall, of whom she extensively researched the neuroscience of yoga meditation techniques with.

Kimberley offers private/ semi-private yoga meditation classes at her home studio, Cerebellum Yoga (496 Beechwood Drive), in Waterloo, Ontario. She specializes in guiding SLOW FLOW, MINDFULNESS MEDITATION, and YOGA NIDRA. With these practices, she hopes to enable others to cultivate tools for improving cognitive function, emotional balance, and sleep quality. Her teaching philosophy prioritizes safety, functionality, accessibility, and inclusion. She has been practicing since 2008 and teaching since 2011.
